In trouble with the law. In trouble in a college setting. In trouble with a professional licensing board like the NH Board of Nursing. A business, corporation or non-profit under investigation. Professionals who are being asked to divulge confidences in court and need help protecting their own clients' confidentiality. Accordingly, our practice focuses on: New Hampshire criminal defense New Hampshire DWI defense New Hampshire appeals and post-conviction proceedings Licensing Board investigations and disciplinary proceedings. We also represent professional practices, like a group of therapists, who need ongoing advice about court subpoenas, difficult client scenarios, legal compliance issues. We welcome you to learn about what we do, see some of our client testimonials, read about our many victories in criminal cases, DWI cases, and appeals, and learn about how to select a criminal defense lawyer who is skilled, highly experienced, and dedicated to you. We have a spacious, stand-alone building in Concord with its own parking, and separate office in Keene for our clients in western NH. We can also meet with clients or potential clients for a free consultation on video platforms like Zoom, Google Meet, or Facetime so you can have a meaningful consultation with a lawyer and get to know us while in the safety, security and privacy of your own home or office if you prefer. Keep reading for more information on scheduling free consultations. Who We Are Our partners are Ted Lothstein and Richard Guerriero — a seasoned pair of NH attorneys who have fought on behalf of thousands of clients in New Hampshire district and superior courts, as well as in federal court, and have handled over 100 appeals in the New Hampshire Supreme Court. Our firm provides the highest quality representation — dedicated, compassionate, and client-centered in state and federal court. Our associate attorney, Kaylee Doty-Johnson, defends criminal and serious motor vehicle cases throughout the State. She also spends much of her time representing people facing domestic violence restraining orders, civil stalking orders, a student facing Title IX proceedings in a college setting, licensing board issues such as a disciplinary hearing with the Board of Nursing. She also represents professional practices on an ongoing basis, such as a group of therapists who are periodically subpoenaed to court, asked to divulge confidential records, other legal compliance issues for smaller organizations. Our associate attorney, Oliver Bloom, is based in Keene. He focuses exclusively on criminal defense cases, including misdemeanors, juvenile matters, and felony cases. He also works with Richard and Ted on especially complex felony cases in state and federal court. We are dedicated to what we do – we have been doing this work, representing clients charged with crimes, for decades. We listen to your side of the story. We will question all of the evidence being thrown at you. We have cross-examined hundreds of witnesses who distort, exaggerate and sometimes out-and-out lie to advance their own self-interest. Experience Matters ... together, we have over 60 years of experience. Compassion ... for our clients, their families and other participants in the criminal justice system – this is what drives us to read one more case, write one more letter, craft one more argument, stay up one more hour. We are committed ... to achieving a better outcome for our clients and, through public service, to make the justice system work better for all. We are here for you. Schedule a Free Consultation If you or someone close to you is charged with a crime or motor vehicle offense, is having difficulties with a state licensing board, or wants to pursue an appeal, contact us for a free, confidential consultation. All information that you provide by telephone, email or in person is protected by the attorney-client privilege and will not be shared with anyone without your prior permission. Free consultations are only available if there is a pending legal case within one of our practice areas, within the geographic area that we practice, and the person intends to retain legal counsel. And a free consultation, while 100% confidential, does not create an attorney-client relationship. We have not agreed to handle your case, until and unless you have a signed fee agreement in hand. Evening and weekend appointments available. Read More Possession of Drugs with Intent to Sell / Manufacturing Marijuana — Convictions Reversed In State v. Stephen Socci, No. 2013-182, a decision released on July 8, 2014, the Court held that police officers and state troopers with the Rockingham County Drug Task Force, Kingston Police Department, and Rockingham County Sheriff Department violated Mr. Socci’s Fourth Amendment right to be free of unreasonable searches and seizures. The officers had marched onto his property without a search warrant, and searched around his garage, finding evidence that he was growing marijuana in the garage. The trial court held that the police did not violate Mr. Socci’s constitutional rights, and upheld the search, causing Mr. Socci to be convicted of two felonies. The Court reversed both felony convictions and remanded for further hearing. This webpage contains over 500 words of content.
Because search engines crawl and index content, and the more content that a webpage has the greater potential for the page to rank for multiple keywords, webpages should contain a good amount of content with more than 500 words being a good benchmark for a regular page, and 1,000 words for blog posts.
The content should be rich with quality, original content - not containing "fluff" just to fill up the space. Having more content will also likely help the page to rank better for search queries as well as rank for more search queries.

0% of the images on this webpage contain alternate text description tags.
Alternate text descriptions for images allow visually impaired website visitors to still be able to understand the context of an image. All images on a page should contain a brief and relevant text alternative to what the image displays.
