The Ten Year Plan (TYP) is a fiscally constrained program of transportation projects to be funded in the next ten years. It is updated on a two-year cycle. As was presented at the June and August GACIT meetings, the state’s current (2025-2034) Ten Year Plan is over programmed by about $400 million due to a range of factors. As a result, many projects programmed in the current TYP are removed or delayed in the draft 2027-2036 TYP. Local officials and the public are invited to comment on the draft TYP at the GACIT hearings. GACIT hearings are hosted by members of the NH Executive Council representing their districts. Hearings in the CNHRPC Region include: • Concord on September 25 at the NHTI Auditorium (Hosted by Councilor Liot Hill) • Hillsborough on October 8 at the Fire Station Meeting Room (Hosted by Councilor Wheeler) • Additional meetings nearby in Newbury (Councilor Liot Hill), Manchester and Barnstead (Councilor Stephen) are also hosted by councilors representing CNHRPC communities. More information on the Ten Year Plan including the GACIT hearing schedule can be found here. If you have any questions on the TYP or the GACIT hearings please reach out to Craig Tufts at ctufts@cnhrpc.org and/or 603-226-6020.BEA 2024 Municipal Land Use Regulations SurveyRSA 675:9 designates the New Hampshire Office of Planning and Development (OPD) as the official state repository for all local land use regulations. This webpage contains over 500 words of content.
Because search engines crawl and index content, and the more content that a webpage has the greater potential for the page to rank for multiple keywords, webpages should contain a good amount of content with more than 500 words being a good benchmark for a regular page, and 1,000 words for blog posts.
The content should be rich with quality, original content - not containing "fluff" just to fill up the space. Having more content will also likely help the page to rank better for search queries as well as rank for more search queries.

Alternate text descriptions for images allow visually impaired website visitors to still be able to understand the context of an image. All images on a page should contain a brief and relevant text alternative to what the image displays.
